camping and hiking weekend in Seaford was a great event, On 7th july we travelled from watford, picked shahbaz from leatherhead and reached the place from where we were starting the walk, although we were a bit late. but it was a great sunny day and more than 20 people turn up. this walk had everything from greenry to beach and from mountains to wood. It was a lovely day and the Tea Nataasha and oksana brought was great( thermos was superb and kept the tea hot till end of the day) After the walk we reached our camp site and enjoyed the BBQ for rest of the evening. Next morning was a great day again, a tour to the beach at Brighton and then to church was superb, Mouth waters only thinking about that Fish and chips which we had in brighton. Thank you guys specially patrick for arranging all this.

August 18th, a trip was planned with ping, suki and Alen to Clacton on Sea, it was a great day, we left hatfield at 9:30 am and reached there by 11.00, there were not many people which was a good thing, it was cloudy with few sunny spells, As at this place water is not clean, so no swiming was possible, but we enjoyed our time and it was great fun with that chineese lunch....

After the walk, Still smiling
The road to the old hunting lodge we stayed in, look at the red carpet of patels... it was wonderful
At patrick's Mother's place, she cooked delicious meals for us for 2 nights, it was smily great, felt like home. This is how u smile after having that nice meal.
Mountain Hike Sunday 6th May, 25 km.
The highest peak of ballyhoura Mountains, 919 m. you can see how bad the weather was, continously raining and windy.Nothing could stop us.....
7th May we just relaxed and went site seeing. Look how amazing is the view...
In a gift shop, Super Smile...
At Shanon Airport before leaving...From 4th to 7th May 2007, We were in Ireland, Main Objective was to attend Ballyhoura walking festival which is organised every year in Limerick. This festival includes many walks in the beautiful mountains of ballyhoura and vicinity. We all flew from London Stanstead Airport at around 9pm on 4th May. Patrick, Bret and Nichol were already there to receive us.
We stayed at two different places, A cottage in Limerick where Peet, Hilda, Nichol, Corli and Vicky Stayed and The Beautiful 200 years Old Hunting Lodge which is changed into a Youth Hostel now, Myself, Bret and yanick stayed in that.
5th Of May the first walk, 22 kms, it was a good day, perfect weather for walking,,, and everyone was very happy to complete the walk, After the walk Patrick's Mum and sister cooked such a great dinner for us, It was such a pleasure to be with them, Thats where we started to know that How Irish people are, How warm and friendly they are....
Next morning Half of the group was up for walk and rest half for site seeing. So we were divided into 2 groups. Walk was a great adventure, we had to climb the highest Ballyhoura peak, 919m high with almost raining the whole day, very windy and poor visibilty. On top of all that The walk itself was the hardest one I have ever done. we had steep slopes all the way to the top. But it was such a sense of achievement completing that walk, and we were proud of ourselves, altough some of us cheated at te end and Histroy will never forgive them.
Another Dinner with Mc Grath family... and then went for a drink together with Mira and Mike, it was end of another Great day.
7th May we decided to go site seeing and as we were flying back at 7:30 from Shanon airport we went to say Goodbye to Patrick's Mom and brother sister.
It was such a great Weekend and everything was organised so well. Thanks very Much Pat for organising all that and for your warmth and love.
cheers to all the friends who made this time so precious and unforgettable.
